The customer shall have a period of seven working days, (7 day) to execute the right of return, if you have not been satisfied. The period shall run from the date of receipt of the order by the customer. To make that decision, the User shall inform Ecolactis - mare's milk, within that period and for any lawful means to ensure receipt of the communication, his desire to exercise this right of termination. The termination of the contract will involve the return of the products purchased in the Store. Therefore, and to facilitate the exercise of this right by users we have developed a return policy that regulates this process very easily. To make the return of an order, it must be in PERFECT CONDITION and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITHOUT UNSEALING or USE.
The user has up to 7 days for returns providing that the nature of the goods allows it. To make the refund, the item must be in perfect condition, presenting the purchase receipt, accessories and original packaging. The toiletries once opened cannot be returned. The items sold as opportunities and in general, under direct order of the manufacturer, cannot be returned. The refund will be issued in the same form of payment in which the purchase was made.
The goods must be delivered to our carrier in perfect condition, packed in a closed and sealed en-velope covering its original packaging. If the sending is being made by the customer, the item must also arrive to our store perfectly identified.

The product must be clearly identified and marked with the number of return provided by the Customer Service.
If the product is defective, Ecolactis-Mare’s milk will be responsible to perform the replacement, at no cost to the customer. If the customer would like to terminate the contract, the cost of collection will be subtracted.
Returns on custom-made products and/or under budget accepted by the customer, or those that have been acquired under special delivery conditions will not have admitted devolution.
Step 1: Identification
The User must send to our e-mail address, ecolactis@ecolactis.es the next information:
Name and e-mail address with which the purchase was made.
Number and date of the order.
Name and value of the purchased products.
Reason for the devolution.
Place and time of collection of the product to me be returned.
Details of bank account if purchased by transference.
If the product arrived in poor condition because of the transport, the user must call within 24 hours of receipt to our Customer Care Service to make the claim.
Step 2: Product collection
In the case of a refund due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to Ecolactis-Mare's milk, the collection will take place without any cost to the user and in the previously indicated place for it in the E -mail request of return. In the rest of the cases, the user will assume the costs of return.
Ecolactis-Mare’s milk will not accept any returns with due postage.
The returned product must be accompanied by the following information, in a conspicuous place on the outside of the shipping, otherwise we will not be able to manage such return.
Name and surnames of the customer.
Number and date of order.
Customer’s phone number.
Reason for the devolution
Number and order of devolution (given by our Customer Care Service).
Step 3: Refund
Once the product is received in our store under perfect conditions, in its original packaging and without use, EcoLactis-Mare’s Milk will proceed to process the data received and to make the refund of the amount by bank transfer or to the User’s credit card, depending on the payment method chosen when ordering, within a period of thirty days.

Ecolactis-Mare’s Milk will not accept any devolution that does not satisfy the above criteria.
Our products are certified with Ecological Production
We have been awarded the Seal of Guarantee “ConSuma Naturalidad, (Eat Naturalness)”, awarded by the Foundation Felix Rodriguez de la Fuente, and the“M Producto Certificado, (M Product Certificate)”, of the Community of Madrid.
Our ecological livestock has Certificate of Conformity No. MA0350 / P issued by the Committee of Ecological Agriculture in Madrid (CMEA ES- ECO -023 -MA ) according to EC Regulation 834/2007 EC 889/2008 .
